Thursday, February 15

This is a day of Grace. Green lights are up, and if you have been waiting for a special day to make an important call or to kick off a new era or program in your life, this is the day.

We have a New Moon, A Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, the sign that rules our desires for the future. And we add to the powerful energy in this Eclipse two additional positive markers: clever Mercury sextiles innovative Uranus at 7:07 am PST and generous Venus sextiles realistic Saturn at 3:19 pm.

The Moon sextiles Uranus at 9:40 am and conjuncts the Sun creating A New Moon, at 1:05 pm. Uranus rules changes and the truth—this is a stellar day to find new sources of information and connections that can help you in the future. Venus energy helps you find agreement with the powers that be and the government, ruled by Saturn.

Luna turns Void of Course after making the conjunction to the Sun until she enters psychic Pisces at 6:42 pm. Hold off on making final arrangement or purchases while the Moon is V/C. The good vibes in the day’s aspects will drift into the evening hours.

As times change.

My beloved Nurse Practitioner told me to show up at the local hospital x-ray dept. to find out which knee goes under the knife, first. (reconstruction surgery) Being a Scorpio with an Aries moon I made my appointment will he,nill he with nary a glance at my sky watch and it turns into a pot o’jam. Thanks, Lance.

and Saturn rules your knees….good day to do this Merle…..
sometimes intuition is better than making plans…
however, if you do have to schedule an important medical appointment, check out the Skywatch first…some days are much better than others for important matters.

Wednesday, February 14.

Something different and unusual. That’s the only hint in the Skywatch about a special gift for someone special on your Valentine’s List.

The Moon in Aquarius sextiles Mars at 6:29 am PST Wednesday morning and then sails out into quiet waters for the rest of the day and night. Aquarius tastes lean towards something unique, original, outside the box.

The rest of the Skywatch is friendly tonight—reach out.

Tuesday, February 13

Mixed signals. This is a strange day in the Skywatch.

Communication problems are likely as clever Mercury squares fanatical Jupiter, who is given to b.s., at 2:39 pm PST. Some folks are likely to promise more than they can deliver with this square.

If you have to make decisions today wait until the square passes as the next event in the heavens is a nice kiss, a sextile between the Sun and brilliant Uranus, exact at 6:22 pm. Of course, both the square and sextile are in power all day long—just be aware you may need to separate the truth from the b.s.

Meanwhile, the Moon enters friendly Aquarius at 7:11 am Tuesday morning and then sails out into calm seas for the rest of the day and night.

As times change.

Be open to compromise.

The Moon, still in determined Capricorn, meets intense Pluto in the heavens at 11:21 am PST Monday morning. This conjunction could inspire a great team effort and/or a temper tantrum from someone in power.

Afternoon hours are much better for important calls and business as Luna travels on to sextile or harmonize with optimistic Jupiter at 3:42 pm. A little emotional static, maybe something unexpected, is likely Monday evening as the Moon squares contrary Uranus at 9:43 pm.

Quiet hours follow.

As times change.

Hi Lance, I’m currently traveling overseas. If 15+ K and 16+ Q, and I’m about a day ahead, is it best to sign something on my 15th or on my 16th/ US 15th? What if I already gave a verbal on 7th US? Thank you!

    Hi Lance,
Any insight on this period between eclipses? Things feel stuck and trudging to get stuff done, a little like Merc retro. It seems dark now, hoping for a shift at the full moon. Thanks, Mari

JJ….there’s no big problem with your choices…best day to sign things is on the Solar Eclipse on Feb 15….no problem with signing on the 7th….

Mari…this sounds like stuff in your natal chart…most folks feel an energy surge between the Eclipses…this sounds like Mars in your 12th house, the weakest spot for him.

THE WEEKEND: February 10-11

Don’t go overboard on Saturday. The impulse comes from the Sun squaring overindulgent Jupiter at 3:21 pm PST Saturday afternoon. The Moon makes a lovely trine to friendly Uranus at 8:38 am Saturday morning and, complicating matters, then turns Void of Course until she enters serious Capricorn at 6:21 pm late Saturday afternoon. Stick to routine while the Moon is V/C. Green lights come on as the Moon changes signs and runs into a sweet sextile to agreeable Venus at 6:42 pm late Saturday afternoon. Clear skies follow through the rest of the evening hours.

Get organized and take care of important duties on Sunday—green lights are up. The Moon in realistic Capricorn meets ruler Saturn at 6:17 am early Sunday morning and then sails out into quiet seas. Evening hours are well suited for dancing, a movie or play, and romance as the Moon sextiles creative Neptune at 9:09 pm. As times change.

Friday, February 9

Foggy.

The Moon squares dreamy Neptune at 8:05 am PST Friday morning. Double-check your briefcase and make sure you have your lunch before you leave the house.

Green lights come on a few minutes later as the Skywatch clears and the Moon in easygoing Sagittarius travels on to sextile clever Mercury at 12:32 pm encouraging an open dialogue and positive reactions to your ideas and thinking—speak up.

Clear skies follow into the late hours Friday night. Stay up late, and you enjoy the Sun and Moon making a friendly sextile at 1:14 am early Saturday morning.
