Monday, July 15

Rock on. We’ve got clear skies this morning.

The Moon in realistic Capricorn trines idealistic Uranus at 4:08 am PDT and then sails out into calm seas. Green lights are up for work or play on Monday.

The only difficult aspect is very minor: Moon opposite lazy Venus, exact at 9:42 pm Monday night - who got the last cookie from the cookie jar?

As times change.

injuries to your hands, ruled by Mercury, are common during Mercury Rx…but here is a hack…put toothpaste on burns and the pain goes away and they won’t get infected …it’s like magic…
I was a mad chemist as a kid and burned my fingers all the time heating and bending glass tubing…and that’s how I learned this trick…don’ know who told me…

Sunday, July 14

Caution lights are up on Sunday. The Sun opposes compulsive and unforgiving Pluto at 7:46 am PDT. Mercury Retrograde and the Moon Void of Course increase the chances of problems and confusion Sunday morning and until the Moon enters Capricorn, ending the V/C cycle at 4:05 pm. Clear skies follow. As times change.

If your birthday is this week (July 14–20)

Powerful Pluto is sitting opposite your Sun in your new Solar Return, Cancer. Again, I’m quoting master astrologer Lois Rodden for the meaning: “Inexorable conditions demand cooperative teamwork to bring out your deeper potential for, and clearer perspective on, the new cycle into which you are moving.” Most helpful is that you have lucky Jupiter in home sign Sagittarius in this chart of your new year - a positive placement that won’t return for 12 years. True, Mercury is Retrograde in this new SR, but you’ll be fine with this complication if you pay close attention to the fine print and the details -this is not typically a big deal in these charts. Also helpful is that loving Venus is in your sign in this SR. With good Venus and Jupiter, the year ahead can be one of your best, Cancer. Times change.

Saturday, July 13

Saturday is the best day for handling important chores and shopping.

The Moon in upbeat Sagittarius meets, conjuncts the sign’s ruler, Jupiter at 1:11 pm PDT which is bound to help some batter knock it out of the park.

The only difficult maker is minor and appears at 6:31 pm when the Moon squares dreamy Neptune.

Luna then turns Void of Course until tomorrow afternoon.

As times change.

Green lights. The Moon enters optimistic Sagittarius at 8:05 am PDT and sails out into calm seas Friday morning.

Two kisses, positive aspects, show up this afternoon and evening as the Moon trines Retrograde Mercury at 2:33 pm and then trines dynamic Mars at 9:10 pm Friday night.

Clear skies follow.

Danger.  Caution lights.

One of the most dangerous squares we see in the Skywatch appears in the heavens this morning as feisty Mars squares unpredictable and distracted Uranus, exact at 10:59 am PDT.

Mercury Retrograde increases the chances of accidents, breakdowns, and power failures with this square.  Luckily, the rest of the Skywatch today is good. The Moon sextiles Saturn at 8:41 am and then trines psychic Neptune at 11:28 am.

The best hours of the day for important calls and business follow as the Moon trines the Sun at 12:33 pm and then sextiles healing Pluto at 5:28 pm but Luna turns Void of Course a minute later until tomorrow morning.

Be cool, safe, and sober tonight with the big square still hanging out.

As times change.

Wednesday, July 10

Caution lights.

The Moon enters intense and often jealous Scorpio at 2:29 am PDT early this morning and sails on to square Mercury Retrograde at 9:48 am increasing the chances of errors and misunderstandings, especially because Luna travels on to square hasty Mars at 12:20 pm and then oppose rebellious Uranus at 1:21 pm.

In a wonderful switcheroo, the Skywatch improves dramatically a few minutes later as the Moon lines up in a very welcome trine to agreeable Venus at 6:29 pm followed by the Sun making a trine to creative and forgiving Neptune at 9:32 pm Wednesday night, suggesting an excellent evening for social plans and romance.

As times change.
