Wednesday, July 8

Slow down and keep it simple this morning.  Mercury Retrograde squares impatient Mars in Aries at 3:41 am PDT early this morning and the sting will still be in the air as you start your day. Plus the Moon is still Void of Course from Monday until she enters creative Pisces at 11:12 am.

Green lights come on at this moment as the Skywatch clears.  Evening hours are stellar for social plans and long-distance calls as the Moon and Mercury make a very comfortable trine at 10:34 pm. It's a good night to speak up.

Tuesday, July 7

No Bueno.  Caution lights.

The Moon is Void of Course all day and night in Aquarius and until she enters Pisces tomorrow morning!  Wow.  This is an extremely long V/C period when the Moon drifts alone and unattached to any other planets in the Zodiac.

The Moon rules our intuition and judgment which can be cloudy, unfocused when she is alone, and thus, Void of Course.  Add Mercury Retrograde and Mars in hasty Aries to this Skywatch and we have a day and night to lay low and to postpone making important or critical decisions and purchases.

You'll make much better decisions tomorrow.

As times change.

Monday, July 6

Green lights.  The Moon enters inventive and friendly Aquarius at 3:08 am PDT this morning and sails out into calm waters.

Afternoon hours are the best of the day for critical calls and business.  Luna sextiles eager Mars a 12:36 pm; the kiss of the day follows as the Moon then trines sweet Venus at 5:22 pm encouraging agreement and compromises.

The only stress marker today appears at 9:37 pm when the Moon squares rebellious Uranus.  Luna then turns Void of Course until Wednesday morning!

As times change.

Sunday, July 5

Sunday's Skywatch is much different.  The Moon in dependable Capricorn sextiles creative and spiritual Neptune at 10:44 am PDT and green lights are up for work or play.  Luna sails on to meet, conjunct, lucky Jupiter in the heavens at 3:13 pm and then quickly conjuncts intense Pluto at 4:14 pm.  This pair of pairs can move mountains, help you completely clean out the garage, or show a kid how to ride a bike. Evening hours on Sunday are pleasant.  Something familiar works well with the Capricorn Moon.  As times change.

If your birthday is this week (July 5-11)

This is the year to get practical and realistic in your plans and thinking, Cancer.  You have four planets in earth signs in your new Solar Return which will help you make good decisions and plans for the future with good ideas and goals.  New beginnings are also favored in the months ahead with Mars in home sign Aries in this chart of your new year.  Details count and you need to be careful with all the small important facts with Mercury Retrograde in your new SR.  Venus is in Gemini in your SR setting up many singles with two loves for a potential relationship and for others having more than one choice or option in work and play activities.  Dreams and visions might give you important keys to the future, Cancer, as you also have psychic Neptune in home sign Pisces in this new chart.  Put priority plans into motion this year, Cancer.  Times have changed.

Saturday, July 4

Fired up.  A Lunar Eclipse, a highly charged up Full Moon, headlines the Skywatch on July 4th.

This powerful surge of emotional energy is bound to encourage some foolhardy actions and accidents with Mercury Retrograde AND impatient Mars traveling through home sign Aries.

Luna squares Mars at 4:28 am PDT early this morning and then lines up opposite Mercury Rx at 11:13 am increasing the chances of misunderstandings and errors Saturday morning.

The kiss of the day appears Saturday afternoon when Luna trines friendly Uranus at 3:19 pm.  Fools, lovers, coyotes, and vampires all tend to come out when the Moon is Full at 9:44 pm Saturday evening.

Be safe and careful Saturday night.

Friday, July 3

Caution lights.

The Moon squares dreamy Neptune at 6:05 am PDT and then turns Void of Course until she enters practical Capricorn at 9:48 pm Friday evening.

Our intuition and judgment are not sharp during V/C hours, and especially today with Mercury still Retrograde.

Hold off on making important decisions and purchases today; better to chop wood and carry water.

As times change.

Lance, Thank you for all your insight lately!! So how long is this funk going to last? Lately, so many I talk with (all remotely- not sseeing my friends just yet) feel the same… Zero energy & little motivation to do much of anything!! I have a big presentation in a few days, I started it last month (under good times) but now, it just seems a fight to complete it! I am weary of chopping wood & carrying H2o!

I’m experiencing the exact same thing. Started a project in April and cannot get any fuel under me to complete it….or do much of anything else except the very basic needs. These last four days have been the worst. Fatigue like crazy and a lot of grief that comes “out of nowhere.” I’m wondering if the energy of the next few days astrologically will change any of that for the better. Lance? 😉

I think most of the funk is fueled by Mercury Retrograde in emotional Cancer…which ends on July 12….although these times are hard, too…as we are back to having Jupiter, Saturn and PLuto all in conservative Capricorn again…not a jolly group…otherwise, there are no quick fixes…I play lovely music all day long while working and that helps keep my dauber up…getting outdoors in a drive with Leslie is also refreshing to me…but that’s all I can do or advise. Hoping when old Mercury turns around we get an upbeat shot of energy. Blessings to you all….be well.

Thank you Lance! Blessings back to all & yes staying well!! Appreciate your insight and advise. Well, this sure makes sense, especially the emotional part. Looking forward to the upcoming shot of energy for sure! I do spend as much of my days outdoors as I can. Thankfully, I am able to work remotely. As for outside music, I have a chorus of many bird songs, providing lots of cheery chatter! So I have been trying to beat this funk!! Now a drive might be nice addition, I have only driven 4 times since mid-March. Quite the recluse, not good for a social person.
A beautiful sunny summer day here, should have clear skies to check out the Full Buck Moon tonight!
