Birth data and scans
Kairos needs birth details to compare current transits with your chart. Anonymous scans are not attached to an account. Birth profiles and scan history are saved only when you are signed in and choose to use saved tools.

How Skywatch handles your information.
Skywatch Kairos uses the information you provide to run timing scans, manage accounts, and support purchases. Birth data is treated as private planning information, not marketing material.
What to avoid sending by email
If you contact support, include the email address on your Skywatch account and the product you are asking about. Do not send full birth details in the first message.
Accounts and Premium
Account information is used to sign you in, keep saved profiles and scans connected to you, and manage Premium access. Kairos Premium billing is handled through Stripe checkout and Stripe account management.
Analytics and privacy
Skywatch uses limited, anonymous pageview analytics to understand whether the site is working. In approved environments, Skywatch may also use masked session replay to diagnose broken flows. Analytics and replay are not connected to your account, birth data, saved scans, reports, or payment details.
Collected
- A pageview event when a page loads.
- The page path, with query strings, checkout session ids, reset tokens, and shared-report tokens removed.
- The event type, limited to pageview.
- Masked session replay and browser diagnostics only when OpenReplay is explicitly enabled for the environment.
Not collected
- Birth date, birth time, birthplace, coordinates, or timezone.
- Scan results, timing windows, saved notes, report text, or favorite windows.
- Email address, account id, Stripe customer id, checkout session id, or reset token.
- Custom analytics events from Kairos tools.
- Unmasked session replay by default. OpenReplay is configured in private mode when enabled.
Replay diagnostics
- Masked session replay when OpenReplay is explicitly enabled for the environment.
- Browser, device, page path, click, scroll, console, network, and performance diagnostics needed to troubleshoot the site.
- Anonymous environment metadata such as staging or production and the configured release label.
Replay exclusions
- Account email, account id, Stripe customer id, checkout session id, reset token, or shared-report token.
- Birth date, birth time, birthplace, coordinates, timezone, chart data, or saved birth profiles.
- Scan form entries, scan results, report text, PDFs, private notes, journal tags, or favorite windows.
- Payment details, provider secrets, API keys, webhook secrets, service-role keys, or internal API tokens.
