Refund Policy
Kairos Premium, the Skywatch Datebook, and Monthly Reports are separate offerings. Refund and access questions are handled by the product path where the purchase happened.
Kairos Premium is offered at $6/month or $75/year. Subscriptions can be managed from your account area after you sign in. Cancellation stops future renewals. If something looks wrong with billing or access, use the Contact Skywatch page.
The Datebook is a separate annual planning reference. Printed and digital order questions should be reviewed through the Datebook purchase path and any order confirmation details you receive. Datebook purchases are not included with Kairos Premium.
Monthly Reports are separate written guidance hosted through Substack. Subscription questions for Monthly Reports should be handled through Substack. Monthly Reports are not included with Kairos Premium.
